ON-SCALP: • Mix (1:2) 1 scoop of Blonde Life SilverLight with 2 fl oz (60ml) of 10 (3%) or 20 (6%) Volume Blonde Life Coconut Oil Developer or Joico Developer of your choice. • DO NOT USE 30 (9%) or 40 (12%) VOLUME ON SCALP. • Process up to 60 minutes or until desired level is achieved.
