Umpqua Perform X Power Leader

Perform X delivers brute strength and suppleness. And the correct suppleness allows a perfectly dead-drifted fly to entice wary fish, while a secret blend of nylon results in the strength to bring the fish to net. Exceptional knot strength and abrasion resistance round out this perfectly balanced material. The strongest and fastest taper available. A quick transition from heavy, long butt to tippet results in a powerful turnover of everything from big terrestrials to multi-fly rigs (hopper/copper/dropper). Also perfect for beginners.
