Butcher Jacket in Blue/Green/Orchid Plaid Madras

This one hardly needs any explanation. A verrrrry summery riff on our least structured sport jacket, made of handwoven Indian Madras with some serious spirit to it. It's unlined and unconstructed, with a natural shoulder and pickstitched spalla camicia shirtsleeve construction. The pockets on the front are special, too: we designed them so that you can tuck in the flaps (without looking like you just tucked in the flaps) for a more open look. There are even reinforced elbow patches to really drive the “casual” thing home. The fit of the Butcher is easy, with a touch more room in the body than our tailored jackets.
