Our women's ESD slip-resistant Align™ leather work clog is a great safety shoe for long shifts. It's built with a non-metallic shank for great underfoot stability, and our AeroGrip slip-resisting outsole for excellent traction. Inside, it features an innovative Align™ ergonomically designed orthotic that helps place the foot in a more optimum position to assist with proper alignment, which has been proven to help prevent back aches, muscle and joint fatigue as well as knee and hip pain. Key Features of the Carolina CA5061 Electrostatic Dissipative (ESD) — Absorbs and neutralizes loose electrons, channeling static charge into the floor; meets the ASTM F2413 requirement.
