In an easy-fitting modern silhouette and a band collar, we also added three button cuffs, a fuller sleeve, and a super-flattering silhouette that's just short enough to evoke a modern cropped shape while staying sophisticated. The shirttail hem is a bit longer in the back for coverage and to create a more feminine shape.
