Louisa is a new style of dress by the wonderful brand Retrospec'd of Australia. Beautiful white background with navy stripes and pink and yellow flowers. The sleeves have a tie at the top that can tighten or loosen to be a tank style or capped sleeve. The skirt has pleats and is full with hidden side pockets. This dress is not lined. Made in Australia. 97% Cotton 3% Spandex, Some stretch and this is a very soft lighter eight woven cotton. Please note, the print placement will vary.
