Peplum Shell

Plunging V neck, printed Organic Cotton Poplin shell has two self round spaghetti straps that cross at CF and tie behind the neck, with thread tassels and wood beads at spaghetti strap ends. Waist is smocked in a diamond shape carving under the bust and above the side peplums at sides of the shell. Back bodice neckline is also a V- neck, created by the surplice at center back. Back is elasticated at the waist above the peplum at bottom of shell. Shell measures 21” from HPS.
