Pair with a sexy corset and layer under a longer tail coat – ooh, la, la! Whipped up into frothy perfection, this petticoat features three layers of organza with a lining of satin. Volume begins at the hips, leaving a slimmer waist area to allow for the hourglass-figure so coveted the 19th century. Measures just about 25½ inches from cinch-style waistband to hem. Fashioned from 100% polyester. Imported. Hand wash cold, line dry only.
