Surfboard Shaping Foam Sanding Pad An essential tool for clean foam shapes! Soft foam backing pad for sanding screen to smooth out your final surfboard shape and blend contours. The foam sanding pad will conform to all curves and rails to blend everything together really nicely. 12" x 9" x 1.5" thick Finish sanding your entire shaped blank with this foam sanding pad and sanding screen in circular motions to remove any scratches from heavier grit sandpapers. We recommend screening EPS foam blanks to 150 grit to tighten up the tiny voids between the foam beads. Also use this foam sanding pad to smooth out bumps in EPS Blank Sealing Paste when dry before laminating or painting.
