Wella revolutionary BlondorPlex formula features our Bond Builder Technology that provides up to 9 levels of lift and up to 97% less breakage with easy preparation. BlondorPlex is great at lightening on and off the scalp and on pre-colored hair. Depending on the desired degree of lightening and consistency, mix BlondorPlex powder with Welloxon Perfect 1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9% or 12% in a ratio of 1:1.5 up to 1:2 in a non-metallic bowl. 2. The lower the concentration of developer the gentler the lightening process. If there is contact with the scalp (root application) use 6% as a maximum. 3. Apply the bleaching mass evenly to unwashed hair. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result. 4. Carefully check the hair every 5 – 10 minutes during the process.
