1196 Swing Linen Tank-Bloom-Bold Synthesis
This airy linen layering piece was inspired by Bloomsbury painter Vanessa Bell’s flattened shapes, bold forms and broad bands of color. Bell represented a synthesis of the explorations of Gaugin, Matisse and Cezanne, among others. Her paintings were among the most radical in Britain during her time. This body of this elegant sleeveless tank flows out into a graceful a-line shape that flatters many body types. Each size comes to a distinct "point" that adds visual interest. Layer it over a tee or under a cardi for more coverage, or wear as-is to get the classic look pictured here.
